FREE Back-to-School Printable – Prayers for School Year

My son started back to school today. I cannot believe how quickly our summer flew by! This morning, I prayed over him before I took him to his pre-K class. It gave me such comfort throughout the day knowing that He had been lifted up to the Lord before he entered the new classroom. We had such a different first day this year. Last year, it was all tears and screaming, and this year he had a great day. No tears. He was excited to see his friends and his new teacher. Oh, the difference a year has made for us!

This evening, I decided to put the “back-to-school” prayers into a printable that I can use throughout this school year to remind me to pray with and for Shaan so that he will grow under the nurture and admonition of the Lord. I thought this free printable might be helpful to other caregivers who want to start a consistent prayer routine for their little ones as they enter back in school for the year. Here’s the final product I printed off tonight:

I wanted to share this idea with our Education and Worship committees to use for our annual Blessing of the Backpacks…9/11/16.

May we have permission to use your work?
If so, do you require anything else from us?

    Thank you very much
